Design Manager (Civil) Salary: Up To £50K + Pkg

We are currently seeking a Design Manager to work for a main Civil Contractor who specializes in a variety of civil/commercial engineering sectors with a primary focus on infrastructure-based projects.

The role will be based in London, with the candidate expected to travel intermittently to various project sites when required.

Duties: Proven design management skills Control design processes Value engineering Commercial awareness and control on site Experience of working with BIM or understanding of the software would be an advantage, but not a prerequisite for the position.
Awareness of programme constraints and driving works to meet targets As an experienced Design Manager, you will ideally be educated to degree level, have experience working on large projects, and possess previous supervisory experience.
Knowledge of traditional construction activities is essential.
