Design Estimator

Design Estimator Newark/Doncaster Hybrid - UK travel The Engineering & Manufacturing division of SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Design Estimator to join an Engineering Consultancy on a permanent basis.
This is a great role for an experience candidate looking for the next step in their career, or candidate with a geotechnical background to further develop skills in estimating and design.
The successful candidate will work hybrid out of either our clients Newark or Doncaster office 2-3 days per week.
Travel across the UK to visit customers in also required.
Scope of role - Preparation of tender designs and estimates in accordance with customer enquiries and internal procedure - Securing profitable work of strategic benefit to the department and group - Develop and enhance client relations from enquiry stage to point of order and beyond Essential Criteria - Full UK clean driving license - Minimum 2 years' experience in either estimating, ground investigation, ground engineering or a geotechnical setting - Previous pricing experience preferred but not essential - Previous design experience preferred but not essential Please apply now to express an interest and a member of the engineering and manufacturing division will make contact with all suitable candidates to talk through the scope of the role in more detail.
