Design Engineer

Position: Design EngineerLocation: GloucestershireType: Permanent, HybridOpportunity for a Design Engineer to join a product development team at a leading manufacturer and supplier of pump systems and fluid technology solutions, based in Gloucestershire.As a Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development of new products and the optimisation of their existing product range, supporting the products full life cycle.Key Responsibilities:Develop new products and improve existing designs using Solidworks.Create and maintain accurate 2D drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation.Manage projects through their design life cycle and ensure safety compliance.Perform FEA and generate reports, plus create product renders for marketing.About You:Minimum three years' experience in mechanical design.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.Excellent communication and ability to work independently.Looking to pay up to £40,000 for the position with a performance based bonus, the role is being offered on a hybrid basis with flexible working and career development opportunities.If you would like to find out more about this oppotunity please apply below.
