Design Engineer (Fit-Out And Refurbishment)

Full time in office (Small hybrid flexibility) London based.
Site visits.
Night/Weekend workload.
Rate DOE.
Experience in retail fit-out and refurbishment, particularly high-end retail in historic buildings.
Review of contractor's fit out information, design and assessment of existing structures Liaison with the Client and contractor, preparation of fee proposals and project documentation Working as part of a busy and friendly project team Site visits from 8am in Central London (can finish early); must be prepared to come into Central London every day if required, including Fridays There may be occasional Saturday site visits which will be typically 8am - 10am (before store opening) and these will be paid* There may be occasional Bank Holiday cover required* There may be occasional late night visits* Site visits to Heathrow, Gatwick and other Airports will be required on occasion; as well as other retail locations within striking distance of London eg Milton Keynes, Lakeside Can work from home on occasion, but an essential part of the role is the site visits as well as coordination and interaction with the project team.
