Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a commercial office design and build fit-out contractor.
Proven track record in work-winning, with demonstrated ability to pitch and secure design projects.
Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions and successful project outcomes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
Strong understanding of construction processes and project management.
