This is an Administration office-based role, working at our Head office in Gillingham, Kent 5 days a week.
The working hours are 9 am-5:30 pm.
Role Overview: The role of the Design Administrator is to support the Design & Quality team and the Directors Project Manager with the co-ordination of the Design Team administration and the design administration within the PCSAs. They will also be required to respond to all incoming calls, passing on or taking messages as required.

Role Responsibilities: Manage material boards Assist the Design & Quality team with Building Control documentation as directed.
Assist with office administration including post, paperwork, filing, scanning and photocopying as directed by the Senior Design Co-ordinator.
Assist Compliance Officer with O&M Compilation during busy periods.
Provide cover for other Administrators (QCQA, Senior Design Co-ordinator) as directed by the Senior Design Co-ordinator.
Manage the Design Tracker.
Liaise with Planning & Building Control as directed.
Manage Design Team calendars and liaising with the team to complete project tasks.
Issue and Monitor drawing issue registers, technical submittals and RFIs.
Liaise with building control consultants and building safety regularly and inputting into the tracker.
Liaise with Temporary works and structural engineer consultants.
Raising design Purchase Orders and chasing in reports.
Uploading to SharePoint & Asite, where directed.
Skills & Qualifications Advanced user of Microsoft Outlook email and calendars and MS Word.
Competent user MS Excel.
Attention to detail and analytical approach.
Excellent English language skills, dealing with telephone calls, visitors and emails appropriately.
CAD experience an advantage.
Communication.
