Join our dynamic and multidisciplinary Water Engineering team as a Regional Director, Design Build Lead, based in our rapidly growing Belfast offices.

With existing appointments to major frameworks and standalone projects such as Sydenham Pumping Station, Kinnegar WwTW, and Stillorgan Reservoir, you'll drive future success from an established position of strength.
Your role will involve fostering growth within our core Design Build team and collaborating with peers across all Water Engineering disciplines to maximize our combined offerings and secure new wins.

Here's what you'll do: Growth: Develop the design build portfolio and the delivery team.
Cultivate relationships with our contractor partners.
Support the Northern Ireland Water and Uisce Éireann Client Account Managers.
Leverage existing framework appointments, secure reappointments, and win new pursuits.
Deliver: Lead the delivery of design build and major projects.
Serve as Project Director/Approver to oversee assigned projects and programs, supporting PMs and delivery staff.
Ensure compliance with governance requirements and quality systems.
Enhance staff engagement as part of the retention strategy.

Qualifications Ready to push the limits of what's possible?
Here's what we're looking for: Degree qualified in an engineering or construction discipline, with Chartered Status (or approaching).
Proven experience leading design delivery in a design build environment, coupled with strong stakeholder and contract partner relationship management skills.
A solid track record in client relationship development and securing new business.
Demonstrated experience in managing and developing a team.
