Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Enthusiasm for working with young people and supporting their learning journey.
Desirable Skills: Proficiency in using a range of DT equipment, including hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
Knowledge of materials and processes, particularly woodwork, metalwork, and plastics.
Experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Autodesk, SolidWorks) is a plus.
