Discover more about our company wide benefits and life at GSK on our webpage Life at GSK | GSK Dermatological Fill / Pack Operator Are you looking for an opportunity to expand your Pharmaceutical Filling and Packing Operations knowledge where you will support processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste?
If so, this is the role for you.
As a Filling and Packing Operator, you will be responsible for supporting the area to analyse root causes for process improvement and cost reductions.
You will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and controlling part of a filling and production line resulting in final packaged pharmaceutical products meeting regulatory and quality standards.
You will ensure proper functioning of manufacturing equipment as well as cleaning and maintenance.
In this role you will… Adhere to all environmental/health/safety guidelines to protect all employees.
Ensuring high product, process, and documentation quality in accordance with relevant regulations and SOPs.
GMP-compliant work and documentation of all quality-relevant data.
Carrying out cleaning and disinfection measures.
Independent operation of the production machinery and systems.
Avoidance of rework and deviations through error-free documentation.
Carrying out and support in the training of employees.
Troubleshooting minor faults and providing support with maintenance work.
Communication within the shift for daily work organization to avoid delays in the production process.
Proactively demonstrate the use of GPS and Performance management processes.
Contribution ideas and support in the implementation of improvement ideas to increase efficiencies in the department.
Why you?
Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: GCSEs or equivalent in Maths, English and Science Proven Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
Preferred Experience / Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Strong Safety and Quality mindset, with good knowledge of GMP.
Knowledge of production processes including using computer systems (e.g.
