Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Band 6 Deputy Ward Manager who is keen to maximize their management and clinical skills in a complex environment.
Main duties of the job Applications are invited from persons with a Nursing Degree or RMN with relevant experience and registered with NMC to join a progressive team to provide a high quality service.
The post will require you to work in inpatient services in Wrexham.The successful applicants will support the Ward Manager to provide quality care for individuals with associated complex health needs.
As a key member of the team you should possess excellent Management, interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), and be able to lead and motivate others.
You should also be willing to work flexibly within a team.The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
