As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you'll be cool, calm and collected, getting stuck in on the shop floor and behind the scenes.

**What youll do** ? Set a spectacular example for the Store Team and your customers ? Independently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager ? Lead and inspire the team to fulfil their potential every day using our Leadership & Company Principles ? Diligently check and work deliveries, managing the till area and monitoring KPIs ? Be a friendly face for every customer, offering excellent service and helping with all customer queries ? Competently comply with Health and Safety laws, standards and guidelines **What youll need** ? Experience leading and developing a team in a challenging, fast-paced environment ?
