Our client is a prominent charity that supports people with learning disabilities and autism, providing person-centred services across the South-West.
They are seeking a dedicated Deputy Regional Lead to join their leadership team and help drive their mission forward.
Benefits: Competitive Salary: £37,000 per annum Flexible Working: 37.5 Hours, Monday - Friday with occasional flexibility required Hybrid Role: A felxible blend of remote working, office-based and in-service visibility On-call Rota Participation Professional Development: Continuous training and development opportunities Impactful Role: Directly contribute to improving lives and making a difference Responsibilities: Lead and Develop People: Foster a learning culture, coach direct reports, manage staffing matters, and engage teams with compassionate leadership.
Manage and Develop Services: Oversee regional services, ensure budget compliance, expand services, and maintain professional networks.
Exceed Regulatory Compliance: Act as a CQC Registered Manager, ensure high-quality service delivery, and manage quality audits.
Collective Leadership: Support organisational growth, manage operational risks, and lead themed areas as delegated.
Deputise for Regional Lead: Provide line management support in their absence and undertake additional responsibilities as needed.

Attributes: Demonstrated leadership, motivation, decision-making, action-taking, adaptability, and compassion.
Relevant Experience: Operational leadership, safeguarding, and leading services for people with learning disabilities and autism.
Qualifications: Relevant professional qualification (e.g., nursing, social work, management, or leadership in social care).
Registered Manager Experience: Ideal for someone with previous Registered Manager experience.
Travel: Willingness to travel regionally and nationally as needed.
Right to Work: Must have the right to work in the UK.
