As Deputy Nurse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care while fostering positive relationships with families, external care professionals, and the internal team.
Qualifications and Skills Proven experience as a Deputy Nurse Manager in a similar setting.
Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification.
Strong ability to empathise and engage effectively with service users.
In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
