The Role As Deputy Manager, you will: Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home.
Lead and mentor the nursing and care team to deliver exceptional, person-centred care.
Oversee clinical practices, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.
Assist with staff management, appraisals, and ongoing training and development.
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external healthcare professionals.
