Create Tailored Care Plans: Develop and implement personalised care plans, making each service users well-being the absolute priority.
Drive Quality Care: Monitor and enhance the quality of care we provide, ensuring every service user feels valued, safe, and respected.
Engage with Families: Work closely with families, offering them updates, peace of mind, and a caring partnership in their loved one's journey.
Innovate and Improve: Proactively seek ways to improve care delivery, from introducing new ideas to addressing challenges head-on.
What You Bring Expertise: Proven experience in senior or dementia care your knowledge helps us create the best environment possible.
Inspiration: Strong leadership abilities to motivate, guide, and empower our team to reach new heights.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills, with a warm and empathetic approach to both staff and families.
Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in care or healthcare management are a big plus.
