About the home: A compassionate and supportive care home, specialising in providing exceptional care and support for older adults, including those with a dementia diagnosis.
Their mission is to ensure their residents lead fulfilling and independent lives, filled with joy and meaningful activities.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage shifts, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
Support the Care Manager in the day-to-day running of the care home.
Develop and implement person centred care plans for residents.
Engage in activities that promote the well-being and happiness of our residents.
Foster a positive and inclusive environment for both residents and staff.
Requirements: NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
Previous experience in an elderly residential care setting.
Proven shift leading experience.
