With 35 private rooms offering exceptional standards of comfort.
We are looking to welcome an experienced Deputy Manager, who can help keep our home well-led and a delight to live in.
We'll discuss the role in more detail when we meet, and in brief, the role involves: 40 hrs a week, 24 hours working on the floor, 16 hours (x 2 8 hr shifts) Supernumerary.
Mainly Mon- Fri, would need to work weekends to cover sickness or holidays.
Leading a team to deliver fabulous standards and maintain our Outstanding rating.
To succeed, you'll have: An excellent knowledge of safeguarding and CQC regulations.
Proactive person Great communication skills (both verbal and and written).
The ability to lead a team and ensure standards are maintained.
You've definitely worked in residential care before, either as a deputy in a similar environment, or as a Senior, perhaps in a larger home, and you feel ready to take the new step.
