Deputy Nurse Manager £46,500 Co. Armagh Perfect for anyone with: Nursing home experience, Dementia care experience, Or elderly care experience!
This role is a FT post within a medium-sized facility providing dementia and elderly care!
This role will see you leading the nursing team on the floor, As well as working alongside management in the office.
There, youll start to learn and handle all administrative tasks Seeing first-hand what admin goes into running a facility each day!
You could also be taking part in staff appraisals, hiring new healthcare workers, and liaising with the RQIA in your first few months.
