As a Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in our management team,
ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store in the Store Managers
absence.

* Drive sales performance and maintain high service standards.
* Manage daily store operations, including compliance with health and safety and retail standards.

* Provide on-the-spot coaching to enhance team performance and customer experience.
* Celebrate team successes and create an inclusive atmosphere.
**What We're Looking For:**
* A year of managerial experience in a retail sales environment.
* Proven track record in coaching and managing colleagues.
* Strong understanding of compliance and operational standards.
* Ability to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer metrics.
* Commercial acumen and awareness of industry trends.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a willingness to learn our systems.
