The Role: Our client are expanding and looking for a passionate Deputy Home Manager in Stevenage.
In this role, you'll support a team in delivering outstanding care, helping young people thrive in a safe, nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership : Guide and inspire your team to deliver therapeutic, tailored care.
Role Model : Set a positive example for children and colleagues, fostering growth and resilience.
Supervision : Mentor staff, manage shifts, and support care-focused training.
Daily Management : Ensure smooth daily operations and uphold high care standards.
What We're Looking For: Experience : 3+ years in a children's residential setting.
Qualifications : NVQ Level 4 in Management or Childcare (or willingness to achieve).
Knowledge : Familiarity with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding.
Skills : Strong leadership, budget management, and rota planning.
Flexibility : Ability to work shifts and participate in sleep-ins.
