Job Title:  Deputy Manager Children's home Location : Cannock Salary: £30,102 40 hrs per week An exciting opportunity for an ambitious Deputy Manager to oversee our client's home based in Cannock  on a full time, permanent basis.
2 roles available LD and EBD Homes *Happy to consider Senior/Team Leader looking for a step up into Management.
You will be responsible for the effective running of the homes, supporting the manager in accordance with Quality Standards and Regulations for Children's Homes and Ofsted guidelines.
We are looking for a passionate and hard working individual.
As the Deputy Manager, your duties will include: Developing, mentoring and leading a vibrant and enthusiastic care team.
Responsible for the effective day to day running of the home and the delivery of all care services, as well as the strategic planning for developments within the home and all day-to-day management matters.
Deliver the organisations vision and values and best possible childcare to the children in the service.
Build internal and external relationships with service users, families, staff, agencies, partners, and commissioners.
As the Deputy Manager, we are looking for someone who has: Level 3 or above, working towards level 5 A true passion for care and working with children To be considered for the Deputy Manager position, we are looking for: Supervision or management experience.
Worked in a Children's residential setting.
Confident meeting and exceeding Ofsted guidelines.
Valid Enhanced DBS and on the update service.
