Applicants must have:Experience of supervising staff in a care roleExperience in children's residential careEvidence of excellent organisational skillsExperience of managing staff rotasA Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young Peoples Services (or equivalent)A full, UK driving licenceApplicants must be over the age of 21 to meet industry regulationsSuccessful employment is subject to satisfactory Full Enhanced Disclosure, right to work and reference checks in line with government regulations and Safer Recruitment Practices (the costs will be covered by the company).All young people are equally entitled to have their needs met in a fair and balanced way.
