Only by understanding the individuals across the whole force can we design services to serve them effectively.Sodexo delivers a wide range of Catering and Food services to meet the unique and varied needs of the whole force.We are seeking an organised and conscientious Catering, Retail and Leisure Manager at Army Aviation Centre Middle Wallop in Stockbridge, Hampshire to oversee the operational running of the junior ranks dining mess and retail convenience shop.With proven experience in catering, hotel or hospitality management and a Level 3 NVQ or City and Guilds qualification in catering, you will put people and customer service at the heart of everything you do.Working under the guidance of the General Manager, you will be expected to manage various systems, ensure policies are adhered to, support other departmental managers and departments when required and undertake:Health and Safety (including risk assessments and allergen checks)Stock ControlAuditsStaff trainingYou will have high standards and the proven experience to lead by example with credibility and always conduct yourself with integrity in line with the expectation of the Military Personnel based upon site.Though this role will be Monday to Friday there is an expectation to be flexible to cover both evenings and weekends at the need of the business.
