Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate care teams to provide exceptional resident support.
Ensure smooth operations, meeting health, safety, and safeguarding regulations.
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.
Mentor staff and promote professional development.
Monitor quality standards to ensure CQC compliance.
Tackle operational challenges and resolve issues promptly.
