We are seeking a passionate and driven Deputy Manager to support the leadership of a 43-bed care home offering personal and dementia care.
Located in the charming village of Great Oxendon, this home combines the character of a historic country house with modern living spaces, providing a warm and homely environment for residents.

Role Responsibilities: Work alongside the Home Manager to deliver the highest standards of care for residents.
Develop, motivate, and support the team to ensure a positive working environment and exceptional care.
Oversee care plans, ensuring they are completed and evaluated within required timescales.
Manage medication processes, including audits, timely ordering, and ensuring compliance with handling procedures.
Promote person-centred care planning and ensure all practices align with safeguarding standards.
