We are looking to recruit a Deputy Shift Supervisor to join our friendly team at a prestigious building in Cheltenham to assist the Shift Supervisor in their role in coordinating maintenance activities within the shift team.
This is a full-time role working 42 hours per week working various shifts on a rota basis covering 24 hrs.
Overtime is available.
Responsibilities Assist with the Supervision of Shift staff and on-site contracts undertaking PPM & reactive works, ensuring they are carried out in accordance with SLA's & KPI's.
Responsible for running the site and providing key point of contact for personnel.
Assist with the reporting of team performance in terms of PPMs and reactive and corrective works.
Monitor, site operation and utilise BMS, ENMS and FMIS outputs to optimise service delivery.
Maintain records and produce regular and ad hoc reports as required.
Undertake auditing, review productivity, drive innovation and quality within service delivery The Ideal Candidate: Essential Trained as a mechanical or electrical technician.
Have significant experience of working in a complex FM environment.
Good leadership skills and experience.
