In this role, you will work closely with the Hospital Manager to ensure the hospital consistently delivers the highest standards in patient care, operational performance, and service quality.

Essential Skills & Qualifications: Qualification : Valid NMC PIN and qualification as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities (RNLD).
Management Experience : Proven track record in a management role within a mental health hospital/setting, such as Ward Manager or Deputy Hospital Director.
Regulatory Knowledge : Comprehensive understanding of Care Quality Commission standards, inspection processes, and experience implementing practice improvements based on feedback.
Commitment to Quality Care : A passion for delivering outstanding clinical quality and advancing patient care through evidence-based practices.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Development : Provide leadership to a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that high-quality mental health services are consistently delivered.
Supporting Hospital Mission and Vision : Collaborate with the Hospital Manager to implement and advance the hospital's objectives.
