Deputy Headteacher - SEN/SEMH Provision - Lancashire Are you a passionate and experienced leader ready to make a significant impact on young people's lives? Do you have a proven track record of leadership in a school setting, particularly in SEMH or similar environments?
We are working with a highly reputable Education provider, seeking to appoint a Deputy Headteacher for a growing provision for young people, between 7-16 with complex needs. Responsibilities: Play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational leadership of the school. Support the Headteacher in driving the school's vision and ethos. Lead on key areas such as curriculum development, pastoral care and staff development. Promote high standards of teaching and learning. Who we're looking for: The right candidate must have at least two years leadership experience and experience working in a Specialist Education setting Candidates must have a deep understanding of SEN Education, Ofsted and Independent Schools Standards For more information, please contact
