We are seeking a dedicated and experienced leader in adult social care to oversee the service areas of Learning Disabilities and Mental Health, working within Section 75 (s75) integrated services. This is a unique opportunity to shape our approach, champion innovation, and ensure we deliver high-quality, integrated support for Hackney's residents with complex needs arising from a learning disability or mental health condition.

The PersonYou will hold a relevant professional qualification, alongside recent and relevant Continuing Professional Development (CPD). We are looking for a senior manager who leads by example, with a strong foundation in social care practice, a strengths-based approach, and a commitment to intersectionality and anti-racism. You'll have in-depth knowledge of key legislation, including the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and other relevant frameworks, and you'll bring a collaborative, transparent approach to problem-solving within our s75 integrated services. An understanding of the current financial landscape is essential, along with the ability to adapt and redesign services to meet the needs of our community effectively.
