Key Responsibilities: To empower and lead departmental and hotel staff in achieving monthly performance targets for revenue and profitability, and in achieving 4* service to customers.
To carry out duty Management shifts as required To be responsible for the implementation of the hotel's budgets in the absence of the Director of Hospitality To develop, maintain and implement appropriate policies and procedure to support high standards of customer service and anticipation of guest needs To assist HODs and Senior Managers in maximise sales and implementing upselling procedures in all areas To handle guest complaints in a professional and helpful manner To adhere to company accounting standards To carry out performance appraisals for your team in accordance with company procedures To remain familiar with the operation of the Opera and Micros computer systems To recruit or aid recruitment of team members To attend management meetings To provide management information as required To report accidents in accordance with company procedure To ensure all maintenance requirements are handled in accordance with company procedures.
Qualifications & Skills: At least 5 years' experience as a Deputy General Manager for a Hotel Ref: 869 JW
