This is an excellent role to join an organisation going through a period of change, and will be working remotely.
Leading a small Finance team and acting as Deputy Section 151 Officer to support the forward planning and Financial Strategy of the Council Supporting the development of effective financial strategies to ensure statutory financial duties are met and the Council is able to deliver its strategic priorities Supporting the Corporate Management Team in ensuring that the council maintains its financial stability and risks are identified Deputising for the S151 Officer during a period of organisational change The person; CCAB/CIMA qualified, or equivalent with a strong technical skillset Experience within Local Government Finance To apply for this position, please use the link provided or contact Matthew Swindell at Castlefield Recruitment.
