Deputy Manager – Change Young Lives in Stockport!

We're looking for a passionate and energetic Deputy Manager to join a therapeutic residential home in Stockport.

What You'll Be Doing As Deputy Manager, you'll play a key role in changing lives.
Working alongside the Home Manager, you'll help run things smoothly and create an environment where both kids and staff can thrive.
Here's what your day-to-day will look like: Lead with Heart: Work closely with the Home Manager to keep everything running smoothly, while always putting the needs of the kids first.
Keep It Moving: Make sure the home is well-organised and meets all the necessary Ofsted standards.
Build Up the Team: Motivate and guide your team, creating a positive vibe and a strong sense of unity.
Train & Develop: Lead training sessions to help your team keep growing and improving their skills.
Be the Change-Maker: Foster a supportive space where young people can overcome challenges, build confidence, and thrive.
What We're Looking For We need someone who's as passionate about making a difference as we are.
Here's what you'll bring to the role: Qualifications: NVQ Level 4 in Children, Young People, and Families (or equivalent) or NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care for Children or Young People.
Experience: At least 1 year in a leadership role within a children's residential setting, and 2 years of relevant experience in the last 5 years.
Skills: You're a natural leader who's patient, compassionate, and committed to helping young people succeed.
