As the Deputy Childcare Manager, you will become a proactive member of our Ofsted-registered Kidzone team, by playing a crucial role in assisting with the smooth running of our well-established Pre-School, After School & Holiday Club, services.

About the roleAs Deputy Childcare Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our childcare setting.
Working closely with the Childcare Manager, you will:Support the delivery of outstanding care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation StageLead and inspire a team of dedicated practitioners to provide high quality, child centred approachEnsure compliance with safeguarding and Ofsted regulationsBuild positive relationships with parents, carers and the wider communityContribute to planning and implementing innovative activities tailored to children's individual needsStep up as Acting Manager when needed
