Shape the Future of Pharmacy in Hertfordshire: Deputy Chief Officer £46,996 - £58,745 full time per annum (depending on experience) Community Pharmacy Hertfordshire seeks a dynamic and visionary Deputy Chief Officer to join our passionate team.
As a key leader, you will play an instrumental role in shaping the future of pharmacy services across the county.

Key Responsibilities: Lead service development & delivery: Drive innovation in pharmacy services, negotiate contracts, and ensure alignment with evolving healthcare needs.
Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture vital relationships with key stakeholders, including ICBs, NHS England, and local authorities.
Operational Excellence: Oversee team operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery while fostering a high-performing environment.
Advocacy & Representation: Champion the interests of Hertfordshire pharmacies at local and regional levels.
What we offer: Competitive Salary: £46,996 - £58,745 per annum, based on your experience (full time, 40 hours a week).
