Successful candidate to be offered either 10 PAs full time as Deputy Chief Medical Officer (DCMO) or 5 PAs as DCMO plus 5 PAs in a clinical specialty.
Main duties include: Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer and Trust Board to drive strategic initiatives and enhance healthcare delivery.
Serve as a key influencer in the development and implementation of our shared Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system and engage with governance changes within the BSW Acute Hospital Alliance to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Champion continuous quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the ongoing transformation of patient care through the Improving Together program.
