This exciting expansion post comes about as our Trust grows to 9 schools later this year, as well as providing further capacity for our trust growth plan in the years ahead.
Formed in 2021, we are now in our fourth year.
We are experiencing success, growth, and transformational change across our schools.
Successful in the provision of the best possible Catholic education, the highest possible educational standards, and highly effective financial and business support for our schools, this Trust aims to be a beacon of best practice in our region.
We are looking for an exceptional leader to join our executive team and help provide the highest quality support and challenge for our talented, collegiate, engaging, and able school leaders.
Our schools are blessed with fantastic local governors, and our Trust is in turn governed by a strategic Board of Directors.
Our schools are all strong schools, and our finances are in exceptionally positive shape.
The challenge of the role will be to encourage continual improvement so that every day each school gets a little better at what it already does brilliantly; the successful postholder will be joining a group of school leaders, governors, executive, and directors who have a relentless drive for excellence.
