As a Band 6 Deputy Charge Nurse within Station 16 you should be a motivated and enthusiastic individual who will deliver exemplary patient care and promote the enhanced recovery ethos.
You must have a genuine interest in Orthopaedics and be dedicated to patient centred care.
You should have evidence of continued professional development along with all standard mandatory and statutory training up to date.
Working in conjunction with the Senior Charge Nurse to lead the team, and deputising in their absence, the post holder will have a responsibility and accountability for maintaining both clinical and staff governance.
