Key responsibilitiesManaging Booking reports for all Hospitality including occasional out of hours eventsSupporting the General Catering Manger in providing all on site facilities for our client including restaurant, coffee shop and hospitality servicesLiaising with the Front of House team to ensure delivering with company standardsWorking with the GM to ensure all financial targets are met including costings and labour requirementsTo represent the on-site G&G team in a professional manorManaging the Front of House team and ensuring all team training is completedWorking with the Kitchen team to keep the Hospitality menu fresh and enticingPeople management skills What's in it for you?Working with Gather & Gather has its perks!
