Deputy Care Manager

30,306.40 per annum
Here at Norwood, we are looking for a Deputy Care Manager to join our team at The Tager Centre within Ravenswood Village. Where we support adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex behavioural needs across 11 residential homes.

Key responsibilities of the Deputy Care Manager include:
Maintain a high-quality service by working in partnership with colleagues and stakeholders to manage and support all services To create and develop positive relationships with families and other professionals Assist the Registered Manager with reviewing budgets, staff rotas, complaints and relationship building with external regulatory bodies Provide support, supervision, development and mentoring to all staff including appraisal and supervision To contribute to the development of new policies and practices within the Home and to maintain systems work within and maintain the quality management system for the organisation and to adhere to the CQC standards and regulations Cover the manager during absences Experience and Skills required for the Deputy Care Manager:
Willingness to undertake the Skills for Care Induction Qualified QCF Level 3 or NVQ Level 3/4 Previous experience working in a residential/supported living setting including supervisory responsibilities, supporting Adults with Learning Disabilities Person-centred planning, care and support planning and risk assessment If you are a people-centred with a strong commitment facilitating a high standard of care, we would love to hear from you!
