Deputy Care Manager

Full time Deputy Manager - Care We are looking for a full time Deputy Manager to join our team of dedicated care professionals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, as well as providing direct care to residents.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a care home environment, as well as a strong understanding of the needs of elderly people.
They will also be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities: Supporting the Manager in the day-to-day running of the home Providing direct care to residents Managing staff and ensuring that they are providing high-quality care Ensuring that the home is clean and safe Working with other members of the team to develop and implement care plans Liaise with relatives and carers Administer medication Complete paperwork and records Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Care or equivalent Experience of working in a care home environment A strong understanding of the needs of elderly people Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work as part of a team A commitment to providing high-quality care To apply for this position, please send your CV and a covering letter.
