We run our business by these values and they are reflected in all our roles particularly roles such as our Night Shift Warehouse ManagerJob purpose:Our Night shift Warehouse Manager is a key role working with our Depot General Manager to ensure the smooth running of the Night operation in the Depot; where you will lead teams of Supervisors, Night Loaders, Sorters and Drivers in processing parcels delivered from client sites in to smaller geographic areas to be delivered to the final customer.The Nightshift Warehouse Manager is fully accountable for the performance of the shift whilst proactively seeking ways to improve cost, service & operational efficiency.
You will ensure all resources including third party are managed, planned and controlled to achieve the agreed service levels.
Our designate position is to further enhance the management support and leadership we can provide across our 24/7 operation.About the Role:You will be responsible for motivating your staff, problem solving on a day to day basis and operationally.
Each Depot has challenges, but you'll have an experienced central team, senior Managers as well as peer mentorship to support you and your Supervisors; this support will enable you to meet your potential and grow your experience.As this is a Nights Based role your average start time would be 9:30PM-10:30PM and there will be some weekend working involved in this position.Responsibilities:Managing all areas of the night warehouse sortation in an efficient cost-effective manner.Ensuring depot key KPI's are achieved e.g.
