Key Responsibilities: Upgrade systems from Windows 10 to Windows 11, resolving compatibility issues and reinstalling software as required.
Replace laptops and PCs to meet project timelines.
Prepare machines for deployment and support team upgrades across various UK locations.
Collaborate with the project manager and team members to execute smooth rollouts.
Use Microsoft Config Manager to build and deploy Windows systems effectively.
Requirements: Experience with Windows system upgrades and hardware replacements.
Familiarity with Microsoft Config Manager.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel and assist with deployments nationwide.
