Job summary As Deployment and Transition Coordinator you will work with the wider Product team.
You will also have the opportunity to work alongside stakeholders and external suppliers to influence changes to core systems.
You will manage your own workload, working independently with support when needed.
You will have the freedom to use your own initiative and develop your own ideas on ways of working and processes.

Main duties of the job In this role you will be responsible for providing front line support for a national network of 600+ geographically diverse key systems and other core systems users, providing regular reports to line manager.
Your day to day responsibilities will include:-Resolving and advising on training issues and Training System technical difficulties on first contact where possible or escalation to correct path for resolution.Maintaining a national database of training material and booking system for management and distribution of relevant documentation for systems releases or as required.Managing and maintaining a national database of training records for NHSBT core systems ensuring compliance with NHSBT QA, BSQR and MHRA guidelines.Managing all IT equipment movement for the Deployment and Transition Team and Key Systems Trainers, developing a robust audit trail to ensure compliance with national policies.Managing and maintaining the Key Trainer Verification List to ensure the appropriate training and competency of the Key Trainers, enabling them to deliver effective and permitted training to colleagues and ensuring appropriate access to core systems.Willingness and ability to undertake travel and spend time away from base, including occasional overnight stays when required to meet the requirements of the post (with appropriate prior notice).

Person Specification Qualifications Essential Educated to diploma level or equivalent relevant knowledge and experience.
Demonstrates commitment to own continued professional development (CPD) Experience Essential Experience of providing a high level of administrative team support.
Extensive experience of working in a customer focused environment, dealing with people face to face, by telephone and email.
Experience of prioritising and managing own workload.
Experience of working with information technology using Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint)
