Job Title: Full-time Dental Laboratory Technician
Location: BioCity, Newhouse
Job Type: Full-time (Permanent Position)
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £32,000
Key Responsibilities: As a Full-time Dental Laboratory Technician you will support the dental lab team in the production and transition of our dental products, including:
Fabrication of Dental Appliances: Create retainers, night guards, whitening trays, and partial dentures with precision, maintaining high quality. Model Casting & Transitioning to Advanced Technology: Assist with traditional model casting (pouring and trimming stone models) while working on our transition to Phrozen 3D printers , laser cutters , and 3D desktop scanners for digital impressions. Thermoforming & Appliance Finishing: Execute thermoforming processes, trimming, and final finishing of dental appliances to ensure optimal fit and comfort. Key Requirements & Experience:
Previous Experience in a Dental Lab Environment 3D Printing Experience: Experience with 3D printing, especially in dental applications, is highly desirable but no t a must.Atten
tion to Detail and Organisation Working Hours:
37 hours per week. 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. Work Environment and Benefits:
