Position: Dental Field Service Engineer Location: Nationwide, UK (North, Midlands, South, Southwest, and Edinburgh) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Dental Field Service Engineer to join a leading dental engineering team.
This role involves the maintenance, supply, and training on dental equipment.
You will work across multiple locations nationwide, carrying out scheduled maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to dental devices.
Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to manage job allocations and maintain accurate records of services and inventory using a dedicated management system.
Ongoing training and development will be provided to help you grow in your role.
Key Responsibilities Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine servicing, repairs, and upgrades on dental equipment at various sites.
Document all maintenance activities, parts orders, and equipment functionality in the asset management system.
Record-Keeping & Inventory: Keep service records and parts inventory organized and up to date in the system for accurate tracking and invoicing.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow engineers and staff, sharing knowledge and receiving guidance as needed.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical teams and third-party engineers to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in the maintenance and servicing of dental equipment.
Strong organizational skills, with proficiency in asset management systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish positive relationships with clinical teams and effectively coordinate with third-party engineers.
