The Typical Responsibilities of our Demi Chef de Partie will be To support the Senior Chefs in the delivery of our spectacular menu To ensure the highest standards of health & safety are always met and that the kitchen is always compliant.
To support those responsible for the control and replenishment of all consumable stock.
To support the Brigade in ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen, storerooms, fridges and other associated areas and that they are in line with all current legislation regarding food safety and HACCP.
To record and maintain accurate daily and weekly checks regarding Health & Safety and Hygiene.
