Woolley Grange Hotel, a beautiful country retreat in the heart of Wiltshire is now seeking a motivated and talented Demi Chef de Partie to join our brilliant team.
If you are a dedicated and skilled chef, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a luxury hotel known for its exceptional service and welcoming culture.?
This a permanent role at 45 hours per week (including weekends), with a salary of £27,800 plus generous service charge and a brilliant benefit package.
Key Responsibilities: Assist the Chef de Partie in daily food preparation and cooking.
Maintain high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
Ensure proper portion control and minimise food wastage.
Collaborate with other team members to create memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Keep the kitchen organised and clean.
To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who has: Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Strong knife skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for food and creativity.
Charisma, an engaging personality and passion for hospitality Ability to keep calm and focussed during busy service, keeping your station clean and tidy throughout.
Food Hygiene level 2 would be beneficial.
Organisational and time-management skill and effective communication and teamwork skills.
