Over the last 20 years, this company has consistently grown and is now seeking an experienced Demand Planner to join their dynamic team in South-West London.
This role is part of the UK & Ireland Operations & Supply Chain team, where you'll ensure accurate demand planning, leverage data analysis to support supply processes, and contribute to maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities: Analyse, process, and track forecasts from sales teams and system-generated data to support supply planning and imports.
Enhance forecasting accuracy through the development and execution of S&OP processes.
Proactively monitor demand trends, identify potential risks, and ensure inventory is optimised across the network.
Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and finance teams to align demand planning with business objectives.
Monitor stock levels, address potential shortages, and support new product launches.
Lead demand review meetings and assist the S&OP Director in managing the overall process, while tracking performance metrics.
About You: 4+ years of demand planning experience in FMCG, with a solid understanding of S&OP processes and key planning principles.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptable, entrepreneurial mindset, capable of thriving in a rapidly evolving business setting.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
