Demand Generation Manager

Role Overview As a Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing demand generation strategies for Unaric's sales-led product portfolio.
Your primary focus will be to attract, engage, and convert prospects through impactful, multi-channel campaigns aligned with Unaric's growth objectives.
Working closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and the wider Marketing team, you'll lead end-to-end demand generation efforts, driving high-quality opportunities and positioning Unaric as a leader within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Objectives Generate High-Quality Deals: Attract and engage prospects that fit the respective products' ideal customer profile (ICP) to drive qualified pipeline growth.
Optimize Pipeline Coverage: Develop strategies to create high-impact opportunities that directly support revenue goals.
Deliver Creative, Scalable Campaigns: Execute innovative and measurable campaigns that support Unaric's ambitious growth targets.
Responsibilities Strategy & Execution Contribute to Growth Marketing Strategy: Shape and refine growth strategies that enhance Unaric's brand visibility and attract qualified leads.
Run Multi-Channel Campaigns: Manage demand generation campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Webinars, Email and other experimental channels.
You're constantly experimenting to find the balance between lead quality and spend.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Sales, Product, and other marketing functions to ensure campaigns align with commercial objectives.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders to streamline campaign execution and ensure alignment on objectives Data-Driven Optimization Data Analysis: Leverage analytics to track performance, adjust strategies, and foster a culture of experimentation.
Paid Social Campaigns: Manage paid campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, focusing on generating high-quality MQLs.
Cold Outbound Campaigns: Design and execute innovative outbound campaigns with KPIs that align with business goals.
Automation & Systems Integration: Support automation and integrate tools to streamline lead management from initial contact to conversion.
Profile and Essential Skills Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing with a focus on Demand Generation within the SaaS sector.
Paid Acquisition and SEO Management: Hands-on experience with paid channels, SEO, and lead generation to support revenue objectives.
Target Audience Segmentation: Deep understanding of target segments to develop tailored campaigns across channels.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Proven ability to analyze performance metrics, optimize channel mix, and drive strategic decisions based on data insights.
A/B Testing and Growth Hacking: Skilled in running experiments to refine campaigns and uncover new opportunities.
Up-to-date market tooling and industry knowledge: Up to speed with the latest tools (Clay, Instantly.Ai, SmartLead), LinkedIn Ads, GA, Google Ads, Meta Business) and techniques to generate demand at scale.
Success Metrics (First 3 Months) Revenue Contribution: Lead demand generation initiatives that contribute to revenue by driving high-quality deal creation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Establish effective partnerships with Sales and other departments, optimizing alignment on campaign initiatives.
Insight-Driven Adjustments: Provide data-backed insights on campaign performance, identifying areas for growth and refinement.
