Demand Generation Manager

The Role: You will own and execute our demand generation plans, responsible for attracting and converting prospects through high-impact, multi-channel, and integrated campaigns. You'll own the end-to-end execution of our demand generation programs, ensuring alignment with our revenue targets. By working closely with Sales, Customer Success & Product, and the wider Marketing team, you'll deliver campaigns that fuel our ambitious growth goals and help shape Legl's position in the market.
A Demand Generation Manager at Legl has three key objectives: Generate high-quality deals with clear intent and strong ICP fit.
Optimise pipeline coverage by creating opportunities that impact revenue.
Deliver creative and scalable demand generation campaigns for continuous, measurable growth.
You will be responsible for: Running and optimising multi-channel demand generation programs, including events, webinars, email, and digital marketing.
Developing and executing plans to overachieve our revenue targets through demand-focused initiatives.
Collaborating with the Commercial team to jointly manage deal creation and ensure comprehensive pipeline coverage.
Managing stakeholder relationships with commercial and product teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and seamless campaign execution.
Supporting the Marketing Director with strategic insights while leading the hands-on delivery of initiatives for the future.
What success looks like after 3 months: You're leading demand generation initiatives that contribute to revenue generation, actively driving high-quality deal creation and accelerating sales opportunities.
Effective collaboration is established with Commercial functions, optimising alignment for campaign initiatives.
Clear, data-backed campaign performance insights are provided, enabling adjustments and identifying growth opportunities.
You will have: A track record of delivering high-impact, multi-channel campaigns within the UK SaaS market with a clear understanding as to how these impact commercial metrics.
A customer-centric thinker with a first-principles mindset, able to innovate and develop demand-gen initiatives that align with business objectives.
Expertise in orchestrating cross-functional projects, ensuring flawless execution and cohesive team alignment.
Proven capability in managing demand generation programs end-to-end, from concept through execution, that captivate and convert.
Strong relationship builder with a history of aligning closely with Commercial and Customer Success teams to fuel revenue growth.
Deep experience in managing and delivering events —leveraging webinars, industry events, and live experiences as part of an integrated demand-gen approach.
In-depth knowledge of demand generation metrics, with a knack for translating data into actionable insights and refined strategies.
